Empty summer surf at Amado with Surf Guide Algarve
A lot of wind, small period swell, small wave height, this all sounds like summer. It does also not sound like perfect surf conditions. Maybe not perfect, but Surf Guide Algarve will get the best waves for today for sure! With a super amping Canadian dude who spends a good 3 weeks in Portugal with only a few options to surf on board. Teamed up with our most returning guest. Who is arguably the most stoked surfer on this earth, we are in for a win. We find Amado completely empty and have a super fun summer style surf session.
Wild wild west coast
The west coast is wild. West beaches face more into the swell direction and therefore get more waves. When the surf conditions are like today the south is just good for spearfishing. *and sunbathing.
Stoked surfers
This surf session will not go into the history books as the best quality waves ever. But with a beach completely private and all the waves to choose from its still a special morning. Low expectations is usually a good mix for a good outcome. We all get some surprisingly fun waves. Stoked with the morning session we walk back to our well deserved pastel da nata.
