Surf´s up!

That we were going to surf was not the question. Where and with who was. No guiding today and missis surfguide her day off. The plan was to go search for some small waves. Unfortunately the small wave beaches did not offer any waves. A good friend of ours was also very keen for a mission and off we were.

Zavial it is.

We still were kind of hoping for small enough waves to get the lady in the water. That was not the case. Well I say that now. But it was on the edge of being a little bit to hollow for her comfort. She opted to play with the dog and shoot some surf pictures.

There was absolutely zero wind and hardly any people. This made the decision for Annemarie not to go even harder. She did however find some other treasures:

zavial beach treasures. These mossels would serve as a tasting the next day for our friends catering business, can you get them any more fresh or local than this?

And while everyone was doing his or her thing. Mister surfguide algarve was doing what he does best. Get as many waves as humanly possible in a session. All in all a super fun morning at zavial.
