Mystical surfing days with Surf Guide Algarve and friends
Due to the dropping temperatures we have some real mystical things happening down south in the Algarve. Once in a while the sea water temperature is higher then outside and this creates some pretty crazy natural wonders. Meanwhile Surf Guide Algarve is searching for the best waves and happens to be right there every time this happens. We score some amazing waves joined by a couple of old and new friends. Go where others do not
Everyone likes to surf uncrowded waves. For the most part we manage to score our sessions without many people in the water. Surely the Algarve on its own is not a secret anymore for many surfers. Therefore we see more and more surfers around every year. Still they do not all know where to go and Surf Guide Algarve will always try to go where the others are not…
Celebrating in style
Sooner or later it happens to all of us, we age. Until about 21 its pretty fun and all reason to celebrate. While after 25 you start to hick-up towards 30. Generally most people just stop celebrating after 29. Not this guy do! He happily shares the fact he finished another trip around the sun as we paddle out on a super fun beach break. The sun is rising and the mist falls of the cliffs. As well as amazing shoulder – head high – waves with a little breeze of offshore. What a way to celebrate.

A piece of trash for every wave that we catch… sounds almost like a new slogan. With the bigger swells from the last weeks a lot of plastic washed up.
