As been mentioned before, every session is special for a different reason. Yet when these boys are back in town its time to pull out the champagne glasses. Eight years ago we met, and still sharing the stokes. Surf Guide Algarve is still what it was back then. We bring you to the best spot for your surf level and share the stoke. Obviously we have mother ocean cooperating with us and we score some real good waves together.
Clean waves por favor
In the long run it does not really matter if a wave is big or small, as long as its nice and clean. On the condition that the wave holds a little punch that is. On a clean wave face it is just so much nicer to set a good turn, even the paddle seems easier.
Surfskate training
Must be remembered that mr. Surf Guide Algarve does not coach or teach. We live by a few simple sticked rules and its working really well. If you want to improve your surfing skills we have a list of options for you. Surfskate training one of our favourites. Surprisingly enough we all make the same errors on wheels as on the surfboard. Yet on the skateboard you can practice the same move a hundred times over again. In contrast of the ocean where every wave is a little bit different, the surfskate ramp is always the same. Finetuning your moves on land to be ready for the waves the next day.
